Oh, ok, if I have to complain - there are SO MANY settings, which is a key to the amount of control you get, that I do have to ask now and then about one as not every one of them is well documented. I ONLY write reviews for companies/products THAT DESERVE IT!! Deal with them - you'll understand what I mean.ĪLL TRUTH!!! Been in IT for over 40 yrs. they helped me move my datacenter locations so much I actually wanted to pay their bill to show my appreciation. And the answers are always right on.Īnd for what they charge - I joke with them they need me to price their system, I actually emailed them last week asking for my annual invoice. Support is AMAZING - my biggest issue with any product and truly a big reason I never thought to switch - great product and OMG do they know their system, and NEVER a delay getting those answers. We host email services for around 500 users in 25 companies, I could not imagine a better system - FEATURES, like OMG, after 20 yrs I still find more (really), and when a unique situation comes up, sure enough surgemail supports it. Right off - I have not switched from surgemail in over 20 yrs - that's how long our company has been using it. I never had a reason to look - I have great support, that alone is worth it's weight in bitcoins. if it wasn't as good as it is I'd have found another system. Comentarios: I think you get the idea - over 20 yrs on the system hosting various small and medium sized companies all over the world.
